Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile application ("App") operated by Srisan LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Apps
• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on our Apps
• Use our Apps in any way that could damage, disable, or impair their functionality

3. Intellectual Property

Our Apps and all related content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by Srisan LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content

If our Apps allow you to submit, upload, or create content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content through our Apps, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Apps.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions. The following terms apply:

• Stintly Pro is available at $8.99/month. Stintly AI Pro is available at $15.99/month.
• A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Srisan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Apps
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our Apps
• Any errors or omissions in any content

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Srisan LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Apps or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Apps will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
